Ways to work together

Fractional leadership. For organizations that need senior strategic or program leadership for a defined period. I embed directly into teams, which means I am responsible for outcomes, not just advice.

Consulting projects. Project-based work in knowledge production, publishing infrastructure, organizational governance, and grantmaking, primarily with African research institutions, foundations, and networks. I design, launch, and run projects, with an eye toward what happens after I leave. Project work can be engaged through SILT, the fiscal hosting organization I co-founded.

Research collaboration. I partner with academics, nonprofits, and community organizations on research that benefits the communities that made it possible. Particular interest in projects centered in East Africa.

Speaking. On knowledge production, research ecosystems, and organizational design. Available for conferences, workshops, and institutional events.
