Ways to work together

Fractional leadership. For organizations that need senior strategic or program leadership for a defined period without a full-time hire. I embed directly, which means I am responsible for outcomes, not just advice.

Consulting projects. Project-based work in open science, scholarly publishing, community-building, and grantmaking across East Africa and globally. I design, launch, and run projects, with an eye toward what happens after I leave.

Research collaboration. I partner with academics, nonprofits, and community organizations on research that benefits the communities that made it possible. Particular interest in projects centered in East Africa.

Speaking. On knowledge production, research inequalities, East African tech ecosystems, and organizational design. Available for conferences, workshops, and institutional events.
