Work with me

I work with a small number of foundations, networks, and knowledge organizations each year. Usually, I am brought in when the idea is strong but the work has become hard to carry: the decisions are unclear, too much is being held informally, or people are working hard without a shared rhythm. I help make the work doable.

Ways to work together

Fractional Execution Partner

Sometimes an initiative needs someone to stay alongside it for a while: to see what is falling through the cracks, make decisions move, and hold together the threads between people. I work inside the team for a defined period, with a clear scope and an eye toward what they can carry themselves afterwards.

Build Sprint

When the work needs a beginning or a reset, I take on focused pieces: building a research function, getting a network on its feet, planning a consequential convening, or sorting out what has become unworkable. The engagement has a clear end, and leaves behind a way of working people can use.

Quarterly Reset

For a project or network that has lost its way. We look at what is actually stuck, what needs a decision, and what can be stopped or simplified. You leave with a practical next step, not a document that sits in a folder.

Speaking Engagements

Research collaboration and speaking. I also partner on research that benefits the communities that make it possible, and speak on knowledge production, research ecosystems, organizational design, and the practical infrastructure of collaboration.
